3SS unveils bundled infotainment platform to accelerate in-car entertainment

3 Screen Solutions has introduced the 3Ready Content Bundle, a new infotainment package designed to simplify the integration of streaming and digital entertainment services in vehicles. The solution aims to help automakers deploy in-car media services more quickly while giving content providers a single integration point to distribute their services across automotive platforms.

Presented at CES 2026 in Las Vegas, the platform combines a large catalogue of entertainment content, including more than 2,000 Hollywood films, over 25 international news providers and a selection of streaming services, sports channels, games and children’s programming. Partners already involved in the initiative include organisations such as Bloomberg, Euronews and France 24, alongside several digital media platforms.

The bundle is designed to address a common challenge in the automotive sector: the complexity of integrating multiple content providers into infotainment systems. Automakers often need to manage different operating systems, licensing agreements and technical standards, while content companies must adapt their services to various vehicle platforms and safety requirements. By providing a single integration layer, 3SS aims to reduce these hurdles and speed up the rollout of entertainment services in vehicles.

Built on the company’s 3Ready platform, which currently powers entertainment services for more than 30 operators and reaches over 70 million users worldwide, the new offering is designed to work across environments such as Android Automotive OS, AOSP and Linux-based systems. This approach allows car manufacturers to introduce streaming services earlier in the vehicle development cycle while managing content partnerships through a single commercial relationship.

For media companies, the system offers a streamlined route into the growing automotive entertainment market, enabling them to distribute content across multiple car brands through one technical integration. As vehicle displays and connectivity continue to improve, companies like 3SS are positioning in-car entertainment as a key feature of next-generation digital mobility experiences.
